Ochre to colour facades

Tucked far away in the Minas Gerais, one company continues to quarry and treat ochre. An impressive system for the washing of ochres is still in place. The rough ochre is washed through a process of successive decantations. The coloured particles are separated from the impurities. These colours can still be seen on many facades in Brazil.
